     Then Ant from "Celebrity Fit Club" assists a woman, who wants to be more than "one of the guys," tell a male friend she wants to take it to the next level! Celebrity Hypnotist Kevin Stone helps a nail-biting Mikalah and a woman who wants to stop smoking, on Tyra’s stage.
      Personal trainer Ashley Borden gives a desperate viewer tips for making lifestyle changes in order to lose weight in the New Year, and Tyra reveals what vice she is going to try to give up in 2007. Plus, Cassie treats the audience to a performance of her new single, "A Long Way to Go."
                                            

     Mikalah returned looking for help to stop biting her nails. She confessed her
habit was so bad, she would chew her nails until they bled and recently chipped a
tooth while gnawing away! Sherrie wanted to live a healthier life and needed help
kicking her addiction to cigarettes. Sometimes quitting a bad habit takes more
than just will power, so Tyra called on celebrity Hypnotherapist Kevin Stone to
help the ladies. Kevin explained the process of hypnosis involved suggesting new
habits and embedding them in the mind. After spending time with the Kevin,
Mikalah confessed she had no desire to bite her nails and Sherrie said she didn’t
crave a cigarette.
